Beet Juice

Juicing is a sure way to get in those much needed vitamins/nutrients into the body quickly. Detoxing and resetting your body is a sure way to a great start! I love beets. Always have. Always will. That’s that. Can we just take a moment to appreciate the color? Wow! Perfection. Beets have so very many heath benefits that you don’t wanna pass up. Blood. They help keep your blood pressure under check. Beets are packed with essential vitamins/minerals and plant compounds. Beets can also help with inflammation. Are you having problems moving things along? Well, beets contain fiber and can serve as a natural laxative. Beets also help with digestive help. They’re low in calories and high in water. Now that I’ve covered some of the many reasons to implement beet juice, let’s get juicin’!!

Ingredients: 1 beet, 1 lemon, 1 carrot, 1 green apple, and a chunk of ginger to taste.
