Fruit Yogurt Parfait

Now more than ever, I think everyone should be trying to eat healthier. Since the majority of us are still under quarantine, now is the perfect time. Why not? It’s so easy to take small steps. Making healthier choices doesn’t have to be complicated. We have a tendency to overthink things a bit. Try swapping out a normal routine dish or meal for something healthy. Let’s start incorporating foods that will help us feel better, look better, and live longer. Foods that will help build your immune and keep you energized. I love a GREAT parfait, and breakfast is the perfect way to start. Parfaits are completely versatile, so that means YOU ARE in control of the fruits you add. I chose strawberries for this particular recipe, but skies the limit. You can add raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc. The list is endless. As I stated, this is such a simple quick and easy protein packed healthy treat. This recipe can also be made a day ahead and enjoyed the next day. Put it in a mason jar, seal the top, and stick it in the fridge. You won’t be disappointed. I hope you give this recipe a try and enjoy this parfait as much as we did!


Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Fresh strawberries or fruit of choice


Whipped Cream for topping- *optional*


In container of choice, start your layer. Add your yogurt, add your fruit, and add granola. Repeat steps for desired layers. Top with whip cream. Enjoy!
