Hi loves! One pan sheet dinners are the MOST convenient dishes ever! Why? You get everything on ONE pan & everything is cooking at ONE time! Not only that, the protein source is flexible, as well as the veggies. Use whatever meat of choice. If you’re vegetarian, you can substitute with tofu etc. The choices are unlimited! I used boneles chicken breast strips. Another added bonus, this meal took about 30 minutes. Yaasssss!! If you’re wanting a side dish, pair it with some rice of choice! You can use parchman paper to avoid sticking, but I substituted with foil. Either will do. Now, here’s what you do.
Ingredients:
1 small package of bonesless chicken breast strips (chop them into squares)
1 cup of baby carrots, fresh brocoili (chopped), red, green, & orange peppers (sliced)
Seasonings:
Avocado oil (2-3 tbsp)
Accent
Garlic powder
Paprika
Crushed red pepper
Pink Himalayan salt
Black pepper
Small amount of slap ya mama (*optional)
*Side note: Season all to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a separate bowl, add all of your veggies. Drizzle & massage avocado oil evenly into veggies. Add all of your seasonings except for the paprika/crushed red pepper. In another dish, take your chicken, drizzle/massage in avocado oil & add seasonings. Once done, you’re ready to add everything to your cooking sheet. First, take your chopped strips & place them on the sheet. Spread them out a bit so they won’t just stick together. Next, add all of your veggies & distribute on each side. Lastly, spinkle some red pepper flakes on top of your veggies/chicken. Sprinkle a little paprika on top of chicken only (for the added goldness). Cook for about 15-20 mintes in oven until chicken is done & veggies become softened/golden.
Happy Cooking!! Enjoy!
xoxo,
Sondra
