My Favorite Sweet Green Smoothie

Today is Friyay, & what better way to end the week or to begin your day with a green smoothie? This powerful smoothie will not only help you remian full, it can help with weight loss, belly fat, & digestion. To make things even better, this sweet green smoothie with infuse you with energy! Not to mention how yummy this smoothie is! As my title indicates, this green smoothie is my favorite! It is refreshingly delicious as well as nutritious! My most frequently asked question from people who are inquiring about smoothies, and/or eating healthy is…. “what do you recommend?” My answer is always the same. “A green smoothie.” Green smoothies have so very many healthy results, & there’s no bad time to drink it. You can drink them everyday! They will only enhance your health, & your life! So, what are you waiting on? Go make you a green smoothie!! Drink your way back to health.

This green goodness contains 5 ingredients! Spinach, water, pineapple, banana, & hemp seeds. Tip: coconut water is an even healthier option to substitute. If you’re not a fan of coconut water, then stick with the base of this recipe. Here’s what you need.


1 cup of baby spinach

1 frozen well ripened banana (the sweeter the better)

1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup of water

1 tbsp of hemp seeds (can be topped or blended in)


Blend all above ingredients until smooth! Drink & enjoy!

Spinach– This healthy green is full of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. Spinach has an extremely high nutritional value and is rich in antioxidants.
