Not to mention how yummy this smoothie is! As my title indicates, this green smoothie is my favorite! It is refreshingly delicious as well as nutritious! My most frequently asked question from people who are inquiring about smoothies, and/or eating healthy is…. “what do you recommend?” My answer is always the same. “A green smoothie.” Green smoothies have so very many healthy results, & there’s no bad time to drink it. This green goodness contains 5 ingredients! Spinach, water, pineapple, banana, & hemp seeds. Tip: coconut water is an even healthier option to substitute. If you’re not a fan of coconut water, then stick with the base of this recipe. Here’s what you need.
1 cup of baby spinach
1 frozen well ripened banana (the sweeter the better)
1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup of water
1 tbsp of hemp seeds (can be topped or blended in)
Blend all above ingredients until smooth! Drink & enjoy!
