Have you ever had one of those days where you were full, but not satisfied? Hand raised Yesterday was my day. I had a wonderful, filling, and nutritious meal but I felt as though something were missing. That’s why I always stress that your body is your biggest doctor! It’s very smart. And we actually don’t give it enough credit. It recognizes what you’re lacking and what you need. I felt as if I didn’t have enough protein intake, and guess what? I didn’t!! I was craving it and I wasn’t satisfied until I had it.Therefore, I amped up my protein level in this tropical bliss! Needless to say, I ended up blending this smoothie close to my bedtime. Say what??!! Yes, that’s another perk of a smoothie. NO TIME is a bad time to drink a smoothie!! It’s a healthy way to curb cravings, and it truly nourishes. Now that I’ve gotten that out of the way, here’s what you do. Oh, and since I’m throwing out some great information, I have another announcement. Eeekkkkk!! My current blog site will be receiving an upgrade! Yes, for the win! Your win and mine! I will be able to incorporate links, videos, & direct you (my readers) directly to the websites where I recommend products, buy purchases, etc.. So excited! Just make sure you keep following because my blog site will have a whole new look! Ok, back to the smoothie at hand.
