Did you know that the word “chia” means strength? Not only that, chia seeds has a folklore that has these cultures used by the black seeds as an energy booster! (tip 1) Energy! They are a concentrated food containing healthy omega-3 fatty acids, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, & antioxidants!

Chia seeds are clever little devils. They are made to taste like whatever you want, being that they have NO flavor! Chia has a unique gelling action that keeps you fuller for hours! When chia seeds are exposed to water, it forms a coating of gel, increasing its size/weight. How cool is that? It’s also hard to remove the seed, meaning that it helps your body think it’s full, even without adding calories! So, if you still need to be persuaded, here’s more reasons.
