This is one of my absolute favorite spring/summer salads. I don’t make it often, but it is a spectacular dish! Whether it’s served as a main dish, or as an appetizer. This beauty was actually inspired by my mother & sister in love. I haven’t made this in years, but I suddenly had a craving for it. Really badly!! Like what was I thinking by not making this sooner???
This salad has a nice sweet/sour kick! Oh yeah! And the best part of course, is the taste, along with the simplicity. Total win & totally healthy!! Here’s what’s included. 5 simple ingredients! Thank me later!!😉
Ingredients:
Baby spinach
Fresh strawberries
Pecans
Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing (lightly)
Greek seasoning (just a few shakes)
Toss all ingredients in a bowl, excluding your dressing, toss around to blend, & serve.
Hint: I normally save my vinaigrette dressing for last. It’s best served individually in your bowl, then sprinkle your dressing on top to avoid sogginess
