Eggs are a major factor in my household. So what better way to incorporate some good ol’greenary to make them even better? I choose kale because I love kale & the benefits that it offers. Here’s 5!

  1. Kale is low in calorie, & high in fiber.
  2. Kale is high in iron.
  3. Kale is a great anti-flammatory.
  4. Kale is high in Vitamins A &C.
  5. Kale is high in calcium.

Fresh spinach is another great choice. Whichever floats your boat. Also, if you have kids like myself that are picky eaters, this is a great way to make sure they’re getting all of their greens in! Simple dish, GREAT flavor! As always, thank me later!! 😋
